You Coordinate Nothing
Handing it over is not the same as letting go.
Most people who come to us have neither the time nor the appetite for it: calling the builder, waiting on the electrician, working out whether the floor goes with the kitchen. You want a beautiful home, not a second job.
So with us you do not switch between designers, suppliers and trades. We do that. You decide at fixed moments, and Reinder himself is at the table for every presentation. What you keep is the calm to enjoy the process.
The first step
The Concept Phase
Not everyone wants to commit to the full journey straight away. That is why you can begin with the concept phase: two layouts per room, the materials that go with them and a first indication of what the interior will cost.
At your home or entirely remote. If you go on, this is simply the first phase of your journey.

The complete journey
- Interior designSpatial layout, material and colour direction, worked out room by room.
- ArchitectureChanges to the layout and to the shell, coordinated with the structural engineer and the local authority.
- Bespoke joinery and lightCupboards, kitchens and furniture drawn to measure, with the lighting plan and the schedule for the electrician.
- RealisationWe guide the build, from supplier to completion.
