The Concept First, Then the Rest
Every project with us begins with the concept phase. You see two layouts per room, the materials that go with them and a first indication of what the interior will cost. Then you decide: on with us, or on your own with the concept in hand.

If you want to see whether it is right first
You decide after the first phase, not before it.
You know you want help with your interior, but you would rather not commit to a whole journey straight away. You do not have to. The concept phase is the first of our three design phases, and you take it on its own. You see how we think, how your rooms could work and roughly what it will cost, before you decide further.
If you go on, this is simply phase one of your journey and everything carries on. If you stop, the concept is yours and you take it further yourself.

The concept, room by room
- An opening conversationAt your home or by video. For each room we set down what you want, what you definitely do not, and how it should feel.
- Two layout options per roomDrawn, or in 3D if you choose.
- An overview of the materialsThe colours and materials that suit you, based on your inspiration images.
- A first indication of the costFor each room a rough picture of what the interior will cost.
- One feedback sessionA week for your feedback. We work it in, and that closes the phase.
How it runs
From introduction to concept
- The introductionIn the studio or by video. We choose the rooms and work out the investment.
- Your go-aheadYou sign the quote online. The concept phase is invoiced in advance.
- Your preparationIn your own online space: wishes per room, photos, inspiration and a phone scan.
- The conversation and the workAt your home or by video. Then we work out the layouts and materials.
- Presentation and feedbackReinder presents the concept himself. A week later we work in your feedback.
Remote
Even if you live further away
The same attention, without the travel.
The concept phase can run entirely remotely. You scan your rooms with a free app on your phone, the conversations and the presentation take place by video, and you receive the documents digitally beforehand. That is how we work for clients across the Netherlands and beyond.
If you choose the 3D version, you see the concept exactly as we intend it, even from a distance.
What comes next
The following phases
The furniture plan, the lighting plan, the window treatments, the quotes and the dimensioning belong to the preliminary and the final design. We only do those phases if you go on with us.
So you know exactly what you are buying: the concept, with everything you need to decide.
The investment
Tailored to your home
You are committed to nothing until you say yes yourself.
What the concept phase costs depends on the number of rooms we work out together and on whether you choose 3D. You hear the amount in the introduction, so you know where you stand before you commit to anything.
If you go on, the preliminary design follows as the second phase, with its own fee paid at its start. If you stop, the concept is yours and you keep everything.
