What we record about you, why, and for how long. This statement is a draft and is still to be reviewed by a lawyer.
In brief
Which details and why
- Contact detailsName, email address and telephone number when you book an introduction, request the LookBook or write to us.
- Project detailsWhat you tell us about your home and your wishes, including photographs, video, inspiration images and 3D scans you supply yourself.
- Scanning appsIf you scan a room with an app such as Scaniverse or Polycam, that app's own terms apply as well. Scaniverse processes the scan on your phone; we only receive what you choose to share.
Measuring and keeping
Statistics and retention
- Website dataVisit statistics through Google Analytics, only with your consent. Without consent we measure nothing that can be traced back to you.
- RetentionWe delete raw visual material and scans 30 days after handover; earlier deletion is always possible. Contact details we keep for as long as there is contact, and at most two years after that.
Your rights
Access, correction and deletion
Your details are yours. Ask and we will act on it.
You may always ask which details we hold about you, have them corrected or have them deleted. Write to hello@reinderveenstra.com; we respond within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
